Hey there! There are saunas in the spa- you can get a pass for the week or depending on your experience level, it may be included for you

Was there a butterfly / Chest Fly machine? The one with the 2 handles on each side?

Hey there! I don’t recall seeing one but there is definitely more than enough equipment to get in a good chest day workout

It was amazing!! They also had included sunrise and sunset stretches, included dance lessons, and included Zumba/aerobics!!
