The only problem is flow testing these injectors. BRP supplies a coefficient file with each individual injector, and this file is programmed into the engines computer. Each injector is supposed to have tolerances during manufacture and thus they supposedly injector slightly different amounts of fuel each. The coefficient file tells the computer to change the injector pulse duration to account for these manufacturing tolerances, so that way each injector ends up injecting the same amount of fuel. Problem for flow testing is the data in these coefficient files is proprietary to BRP and nobody seems to know what the data means, so therefore it can't be used to flow test individual injectors. This problem is compounded with used injectors because the engine computer is supposed to count the injector pulses from new, and further adjust the pulse width to account for wear. So to properly flow test each individual injector the data in the coefficient file would need to be known (proprietary) and the pulse count from new would have to be known and it would have to be known how much to adjust the pulse duration to compensate for wear. So basically these injectors can be cleaned but there seems no way to flow test them to confirm correct injection volume.

Lo que puede haber ocurrido es difícil de determinar sin tener el inyector presente, pero hay varias posibilidades, 1ra. que el inyector haya quedado con una partícula que le impide cerrar, 2da. que se les haya olvidado colocar el sello inferior, 3ra .que al instalar el inyector el sello inferior se haya roto. Advertencia: Lo delicado de esto, es que si se llena el cilindro de gasolina en exceso, al subir el pistón puede doblar la biela.

Hola hermano, una pregunta.. Mande hacerle una limpieza a dichos inyectores que mencionas en tu video y al montarlo ahogo el vahiculo en gasolina, hasta que paso al aceite, creo que fui donde unos piratas y me fregaron en vehiculo, espero su respuesta! gracias de antemano
