yk ive joined this fandom pretty late cuz i was 4 years old when it came out 💀 but i love the story even if cassandras writing wasnt the best in the beginning im glad i continued to read the series. to all the die hard fans of the books who didn't appreciate the movie when it came out shame on u becuz they didnt change anything about the story line they just had to change some details cuz yk u cant fit every detail in a movie especially with how big the books are. i tried watching the series becuz ofc yk i wanted to see more than just city of bones but i couldnt even get past the first ten minutes of the first episode it was so awful. the movie casting was perfect or at least better than the show, the aesthetic was perfect, but most importantly, jace was perfect.

I don't know, I'm kind of over actors complaining about how hard they work and they long hours they put in. They get paid an obscene amount of money. Obscene. What do they think the money is for if not to compensate them for that. There are plenty of professions which also have long hours away from families etc (the military springs to mind) but where the pay is nowhere near as generous.

I love Jamie as Jace and Lily as Clary, but I like the Simon, Magnus, Alec, Izzie and Luke of the series. Don't get me wrong I do like Dominic Sherwood and the other Clary but man. Jamie is PERFECT

@@corinnedrake3628 she talked in her book abt an abusive relationship she had and he fits the description and in an interview like 2 yrs ago or something she said the abuse happened in her early 20s, and so many details confirms my assumption that its him, he denied it when the book came out in 2017(but then deleted the tweet) but I dont believe him even tho I believed at first but nope I researched more and it MUST be him, hes just a male after all i hope I'm gonna stop idolizing him finally cause as I'm a woman I know that we tend to be delusional abt men and ignore the littlest things they do or say that are red flags and we don't reflect on them lmao hes probably not that innocent They dated again after the book came out, like in the end of 2017/ beginning of 2018 But she could have been just dumb and come back to him bc now shes dating a man who made grape jokes, joked abt eating disorders and is racist so She's not that smart shes a hypocrite I thought she stands against everything her new bf is. Watching this, in 2022, and hearing all the words from the cast and hearing how much they liked their work and what the result of the film was, makes me so sad. They were so perfect as the characters, this cast was amazing and the movies had so much potential. I'm still waiting for someone to rule for them again :(
