It’s the 6th November 2024, I chanced upon this diamond performance of a superbly magnificent Filipino singing group. This is the day Trump was winning the presidential derby in the USA. I promised myself not to watch any news for the next 3 days, to cut my attention from this Trump impending victory. I switched on to youtube, and what a gem I’ve found and discovered. Thank you Smokey Mountain for the Filipino talent you showed the world and for the memories you created for your many fans through your own brand of music.

i remember the days na mga bata pa kayo---- I used that song during our Program on Tondo High School . I directed the musical cause many of my students are from Smokey Mountain who happens to dream and wanted to went out of poverty... Sobrang naiyak ako at naalala ko ito, I love it so much...

After watching Bini Singing this medley, balik na naman ako sa OG Fave band ko.. Smokey Mountain i love both 1st and 2nd gen pero mas medyo kinamulatan ko yung kahit habangbuhay ng 2nd gen. I also love BINI i guess they gave justice din sa medley. Mabuhay ang Opm and Ppop.

There she is, it's Anna!. Caught my attention when she sang, "What good is that* without you" as a solo artist, then found out yearsss later, even decades ...she used to be a part of Smokey... awesome, I just wish she continue performing elsewhere, even with other good artist. once in awhile I guess,... at least.
