Hi, just found your channel. Makes me wonder why no one mentions this things especially when it comes to neurological problems, this should be provided and covered by insurance because it’s so needed and not everyone is able to afford this adjustments, I can see this benefit to everyone, how much healthier people would of been if only it was accessible to everyone. This makes so much sense that when our nerves system is unstable it brings instability to whole body and treating it with pills won’t fix anything.

You never forget terror. I think it’s true that I didn’t remember much the next day…….but as long as I live I will never forget them. Perception was distorted to the extent beyond comprehension. Visual and auditory distortions that I just could not understand. My curtains looked so massive and so close that I was like a single atom compared to the Earth…yet they stretched to infinity visually……they just went on forever…but I could still see the ceiling above them and don’t understand how I could see so far……And I was just so impossibly far away from any place I knew. My fingers felt like planets that were so close they could rub against each other….and I was being crushed in between. It means nothing by its description……but when you know it’s real…..it’s so un-normal. Everything was distorted to an extreme. Sounds would be whisper soft and miles away, then suddenly rush in like thunder and be right inside your head….vicious words that I could hear but not recognize and emotions of fear that I didn’t recognize…just swirling and dive bombing your senses……and my body was physically humming and vibrating with intensity matching the sounds. From silence to absolute deafening levels….from moment to moment. The fear that this creates is immeasurable. Nothing makes sense to your senses. Nothing prompted or prevented them. I got older…..and the feeling of changing/distorted perceptions became fascinating and I actually tried to encourage the onset…..out of curiosity. I was still fearful…..but old enough to know nothing was truly a real threat to me physically. The fear was not of physical harm….but more like an unending doom and fear…..maybe worse than death. They went away and never came back. Once I got genuinely curious about it…..it stopped. I thought later that it could have been my senses attempting to calibrate themselves…..and just being off the mark. They didn’t have bad intentions…..they just growing differently than the rest of me. They sure felt like hell was present in every normal everyday things. It was truly awful. Always happened just after bedtime as I fell asleep. Terror is a nasty place. I think I was about about 7-10 yrs when this took place. Later, I would just cry helplessly and want to be in my parents bed….but could still not stop crying….even though all else had stopped. They could do nothing to ease this. Sometimes, if they heard me, they came into my room early and tried to make me feel better…….I never got back to sleep tho……I just waited for the rest of the terror to arrive…because it always did. It felt like forever…..and that this would be here forever. Forever is an unpleasant length of time. Maybe this makes sense to someone else. I have never had anyone else know this same experience. Just sharing as it may help someone know they aren’t alone. I will paste this on many of these sites in hopes it may help.

An immune system doesn't exist but a body has a certain amount of healing energy. The body needs energy to process food, remove dead organ material, and grow new organ material. If the body uses too much energy processing food and/or there's a backup in your digestive system then the body doesn't have the energy to remove dead organ material or grow new organ material. There's a reason we get tired after we eat - the body needs energy for digesting food. If your diet consists of a lot of toxic food - food which has less nutrients for the body to absorb compared to the garbage your body says it doesn't want. Our body is one tube beginning at the mouth and ending at the anus. it's designed to absorb what it needs for survival. When the body gets starved of nutrients it will begin to break down.

Greetings from Hunedoara, Romania. Congratulations! I'm Erwin, and when the weather changes, that's when my end comes..., in other words, I feel the sudden change in temperature, from cold to warm and vice versa, like fog, I can anticipate the weather forecast through intercostal neuralgic pains. I want to write to you that I had a respiratory virus when I was 20 years old, but as a small child I had "nerves in my stomach", as I explain in a simplified way that anyone can understand. I would like to ask you what you think happens when the weather changes, because only when the weather changes do I have these manifestations, mood changes, anxiety, palpitations, even from the wind blowing irregularly. Do you think it's about the autonomic nervous system, sympathetic/parasympathetic, only, or also the vagus nerve, and what exercises would you recommend?! Thank you very much. With respect and honest friendship, Erwin. 🤗

I write this everywhere. There's no study out there concerning certain unhealthy sugars in young children's diet. I'm near close to my 50s. And I get night terrors every once in awhile, as well as sleep paralysis. By my experience and experiments, it's caused by certain sugars. Ones I found to trigger these episodes are: high Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Fructose (apple juice, pineapple juice, orange juice). Sweet potato. And probably other types of sugar. It maybe linked to much needed sleep too. Almost all transparent looking hard candy has a good amount of corn syrup

Thank you for explaining!! For a long while I thought I might have ADHD and it was a really tough and confusing time, but when I went to the doctors they diagnosed me with SPD! This finally gave me answers to so many questions and I'm so glad I'm finally figuring things out! But after a while, just like before, I started doubting if I even had SPD cause I saw other kids with the same disorder having completely different experiences, so this helped a lot! Thanks!

Why does my son love music to be on very loud but does not like other loud noises. Confusing
@wholefamilychiropractic11 ай бұрын
Great question. I don't know for sure...but one thought is that music may be predictable to him. He may have heard the song before or likes the rhythm/beat/words. As a result, his brain can process it better. Other noises may be unexpected or new and therefore startle his brain.
