Hi there. When I did these videos they were only intended to be short ‘riffs of the day’. I have a dedicated Springsteen KZbin channel now which takes up most of my time. (I do full songs over on there)

... another useful lesson, with a doubt: all the strings of a chord are strummed during the upstrokes? 🧐 some say yes, some say only the finest strings, some say it depends on what you're playing and the feeling you want to create...
@jsmusicschool Жыл бұрын
I tend to play about 3/4 Luca. Yes it’s a ‘feel’ type thing as well. You tend to want the bass strings ringing through more clear on the down strokes and then the higher pitched strings more clearly on upstrokes
@lucasolari3756 Жыл бұрын

Just found your channel man! I’m not a beginner as I’ve played guitar for off and on 12 years but I never took it seriously until recently. I’ve been going back learning scales and what not that I never did. Never realized how not learning this stuff really hindered me. I’d probably be far more advanced if I listened to my first guitar teacher. That and if I stuck with playing too, I used to play for a while then stop and do that repeatedly. So I was steadily playing and practicing which also didn’t help
