As a Half Irish & Half Filipino American person I watched & checked out the movie 🍿 🎥 for the first time in March of 2001 at the Kabuki AMC Movie Theatre in my Hometown San Francisco I was 28 yrs old at the time it was a Wonderfully Great 😃👍 Awesome Best Filipino American Motion Picture Movie I definitely gave it a Huge Giant Golden Shiney A+ I really loved watching it on the big movie silver screen never got dousingly bored it pumped my blood my eyes 👀 remain peeled wide open while had a great time watching it got a Signed Autograph post card from the Director Gene Cajayon also I bought some merchandise that Represents the movie gave to a few of my Filipino friends.I have & own The Debut Movie DVD still in my room in my box with the rest of all of my DVD's.They should of had The Debut Ice Cream Bars that would like those 1987 World Wrestling Federation 80's Ice Cream Bars Ice 🍦🍨 as part of there The Debut Movie Merchandise items they should of had that in 2001 selling those at the Kabuki AMC Movie Theatre in S.F.The Movie Cridicts the late Roger Ebert & his Co-Cridict partner & friend Siskel somebody I don't know who but those 2 gave it the Thumbs up 👍👍 which that was Excellently good.😊 Best Filipino American Motion Picture Movie 🍿🎥 of 2001 I give it the Academy Award Oscar Trophy 🏆. Awesome Great Movie buy & own it on DVD & Blu Ray Disc.Trust me it's worth it Gdnite.peace ✌️.

It was definitely a story that needed to be told. Many of us grew up watching a typical family show on TV that was a far cry from what Fil-Ams experienced.
