The 285 bus route is a joke. If you get one going to Kingston IT WON'T GET THERE !!!!.. 8/10 285 Buses that say Kingston on the front STOP at Hampton Wick ( with no warning ) and kick everyone off the bus leaving a long walk right over Kingston Bridge to get where You PAID the driver to take you originally. Don't bother trying to complain, it would be easier to climb Everest with broken legs. DISGUSTING AND APPALLING 285 BUS ( NON ) SERVICE. SHAME ON TFL

The Thames Tunnel is one of the wonders of the world. The first tunnel ever under a navigable river. It’s incredible that it’s still there and can be seen from the platforms at Wapping Station, 200 years after the project was started. And trains still run through it, as they have since 1869.

Having lived in Wood Green it's amazing how a couple of miles down the road to Bounds Green/Arnos Grove/Southgate etc. you can be in a nice area as opposed to a gang ridden hellhole.

A little bit of detail about the history of the village, pointing out some of the architectural features of the village - such as some of the art deco buildings, St. James' church, Jackson's Lane Arts Centre and Theatre, would have added so much interest to this video walk.

Having no tube station in Muswell Hill is no problem! In fact it is one of the redeeming features of the village. Commuter through-traffic is enough a problem already. A tube station here would create gridlock from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
