What do you think about the Refinery -> PP start instead of the normal PP -> Refinery/Barrracks?

If you're going for tib spikes or some kind of early infantry for whatever reason then you need PP -> Barracks If not then Ref --> PP is strictly better provided you're quick enough to power the ref off as soon as the harv pops out
