Incompetent airline. sad reality in the Philippines

This is definitely how Cebu Pacific treats it's passengers. Complains all fall into deaf ears.

Sorry to hear about your experiences but maybe next time take another airline and buy Business Class so you don’t have any complain. You pay less what do you expect? Stop yup yupping!!!

I have been going to the Philippines and Thailand since 1981 to current date and I have done more than 100 trips and nothing surprises me of what can will and does continually go wrong in thePhilippines. It is a cluster fuck there’s no other word to describe it. I’ve had that what’s happened to you and many other Real problems over my time and I just shake my head and laugh. There’s no point in getting stressful and getting angry. All people say it’s the Philippines and that’s it. The nickname for Philippine airlines was PAL you can probably guess plane always late. LOL however as you say the people are very friendly and helpful and I respect them for that.

I have been coming to the Philippines since 1984. I know enough about the Philippines it to understand culture, these lovely people deserve better than some organisations are giving. It would help if people did not suffer in silence and instead hold these organisations accountable. Organisations like Cebu are run by HIGHLY paid executives and, they need to be held accountable for customer dissatisfaction. My belief is that communicating organisation service shortfalls is a responsibility of every consumer. The next consumer who suffers might be you, your family or someone else less fortunate. Shortfalls in the airline industry can usually be traced back to profit maximisation and cost cutting. This airline needs to deliver on the expectations of customers, the more we talk about it the more likely it is that something will be done. Have a great day !

Very true about cebu airs website and app. Hot garbage

This is very good, watched a few of these but they didn't cover as much detail. Americans are so hard to follow as they ramble which makes the info confusing. Personal Opinion.

Hope your day got better after that. Airports are stressful at the best of times. I've had real grief at Frankfurt Airport, there's always a strike of some sort causing problems and the sheer size of the airport makes catching a connecting flight a 1km sprint. Then there's baggage security in Frankfurt; they emptied my cabin bag bcs of a metal-body pen and took my nail clippers bcs of a fold-out nail file that was 'too long and sharp'.

You must learn to relax, not good for your health.

I have flown Cebu Air several times and have always had good service. Anyone who travels to the Philippines should know that clocks run differently in the Philippines. If you fly to Manila, you should also know that things can sometimes be a bit chaotic there. If you don't like that, you should avoid the Philippines.

Dangerous to post this kind of stuff. Funny things happen in Thailand, especially Pattaya, and especially Walking Street, saying don't go to walking street restuarant is dangerous brother. You'd never think it but it's sooo crazy there. No police and the bars don't pay Tax. We will uncover pablo escobars of Thailand one day.

Why don't you try some of the food at the Runway Street food, which is located next to SOI 6. Really cheap and the food is great. Sohotown also in North Pattaya is good.

Big Fella, you should start small tours - say 6 people max, (AUD$30) for a few hours, you could do it when your in town, put out the "feelrs" to see if visitors are interested, get some locals involved if your not in town, extra cash for you, it will expand your audience. Just an idea. Food looked great except Raw prawns, reminds me of fishing with raw prawns.

Food is a one of the main reasons to travel. Except in UK where food is ultra expensive/bland, and Kyrgyzstan where food was poor quality, mostly noodles/rice and questionable, tough meat. It's hard to beat food in Thailand, one of my favourites is Tom Kha Gai. The Beer Garden looks like a must-visit spot. Thanks for the vid.
