I have autism so similar symptoms to adhd when it comes to focus and memory and this is the first bullet journal video I've seen that's actually practical, works, and still pretty so I'm extremely grateful. I feel like I can finally get started with sorting out my life through a bullet journal after this video!

This was a really great walk through, thank you for sharing! I go through really similar mindsets when trying to find a process that works for me. I really want to be someone who journals, but I've found that it's something that I haven't found a solution for sticking with yet unfortunately. Seeing your process gives me hope!

i love it!! the colours you use are so pretty. i also love that you are so transparent about what things work for you and what don't. it inspires me to be more gentle with myself and not feel the need to do what's popular. it's also inspiring me to journal daily lol ! i already journal and i love doing it, but i don't do it daily

This doesn't seem A6 size because the time line you have suggested will not fit an A6 😭😭😭... I have an A6 and it will barely fit an 8 am to 8 pm

Only the Stalogy I showed toward the end is A6, my normal planner is A5. You can see how much smaller it is than my planner :)

I relate so much! I've also been treated for depression and anxiety for about ten years now, and I was stable for a couple when the pandemic started but still having the same difficulties I've always had with executive functions. It’s like the pandemic was the last straw that made my glass overflow - throwing all my routines that took me so long to keep down the drain... But only because of this chaos that I was finally evaluated and diagnosed with ADHD! Unlearning certain behaviors, identifying some coping mechanics that were always there and learning how our brains really work are all parts of an incredible journey of self-acceptance that goes against the so praised hustle culture - but it’s SO WORTH IT! Glad you’re being nicer to yourself! I’m looking forward to your content as it’s always nice to see a fellow ADHD artist living their best life and sharing their achievements with the world!

Great video! This totally resonated with me. I've recently been referred for ADHD and I've been bullet journaling for the past year. I too noticed earlier this year that the weeklies weren't helping me focus and I ended up researching the Hobonichi and Kokuyo Jibun Techo systems. I loved the look of the latter and incorporated the weekly timed set up in my bullet journal, which has made a huge difference! I keep two journals, one for day to day planning and a second where I track my health related issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, peri-menopause, etc.). But I've been missing a journal to write my day to day thoughts. Love the look of the A6 Stalogy. Hope the new system works for you. Thanks for sharing!

This is wonderful and really really helped me feel like I could make my hair look so much better in drawings. It wasn't bad before but it always felt flat! This series helped me create volume filled pigtails and straight bangs on my character without making her look like a paper doll :) So far I've sketched the best hair I've ever done after watching all 3. This is the best series I've ever watched for art tips, I seriously can't wait to put these into use with all my drawings.

Dang, next time someone calls their art ugly, that's not really gonna help them improve. Like... try and be confident, ask how others do drawings. It reallt helps more than calling your art 'ugly.'
