If you have a mirrorless camera this is good. However, a DSLR camera would cause wear and tear on the mechanism when you take thousands of still images.

Schade. Früher waren Raver bunter. 😎

What's Up With The No Visible Stars? That makes it look like CGI...
@NOVALAPSE
@NOVALAPSE Жыл бұрын
If you would expose the image for the stars than the earth would be blown out cause of extreme over exposure. You can test it for yourself. Capture an image in bright mid day sunny daylight - than shoot an image at a starry night with the exact same camera settings. There is a exposure difference of around 20ish or even more exposure stops. You would only achive this by shooting HDR with multiple exposures. Or a capable sensor which would be able to shoot at 25 stops of dynamic range in video. Don't nail me on the exact amount of stops exosure difference but it's likely in that range.

@NOVALAPSE

Hi, quoting from this ESA blog post it's possible that this is Antartica. "The current reentry path for Orion’s return to Earth is unusual for a space mission as it arrives flying South to North." Link to source: blogs.esa.int/orion/2022/12/07/artemis-i-flight-day-21-so-long-moon/

Watch from 3:20 minutes notice the earth moving very quickly and there is no camera movement so why is that and no spacecraft could move that fast because it would be a very slow gradual movement and notice the way the earth judders as if it is being moved by someone
@NOVALAPSE
@NOVALAPSE Жыл бұрын
Hi, the camera is mounted on one of the 4 solar panels of the spacecraft. Nasa engineers regulary send commands for re-orient the solar panels and the vehicle. This causes some "wiggle" on the panels witch appear exaggerated in this sped up video. It's not the Earth - it's the solar panel and vehicle orientation changes wich causes that motion. And again. This video is not realtime as stated in the title and description! 🖖

@@looneytoons2878 orbital dynamics works completely different than atmospheric flight. A change in the attitude (orientation) of the spacecraft does not constitute a change in direction unless the spacecraft is firing its engine. Even then, directional change is very gradual. You can't just point and go like an airplane.

Ok so i found when shooting VFR mode(100fps+) in vlog on gh5s, only use iso: 1250,1600 and 2000. If you want to shoot cina D only use iso:640,800 and 1000. If your using the normal profiles dont go below 640 to avoid those nasty horizontal noise.
