Its a Suzuki RF600 carburetor. Same carb bodies as the GSXR carbs.

Not at all. Ended up that a slightly bent valve was the issue. Hydrolocked the motor prior to this video.

are the caps typically brass and are they also usually located on the bottom? I'm having some trouble installing my stage 3 kit on my 81 cb900c

+Javad Khan Plugs are almost always brass, and they have normally have a small hole in them as well. The cb900 would most likely have the plugs on the bottom, though I am not particularly familiar with the bike. With a bike of that age, I would expect the plugs to be already removed by a previous owner or repair shop. Look for a recessed hole with a small flat head screw inside of it. That will be your mixture screw if you are having a hard time finding the brass plug.

Yes the compression was way low on this test. The culprit was a bent intake valve due to hydro-locking the motor. I replaced the valves and everything was back to normal.
