@bulbulahmed3311 you need to apply for D4 researcher visa. You need to apostille your PhD degree for the visa. But for the university you need to look at their website if they need apostille on all the the documents or just PhD.

Hi By what you have written, I understand that you already have your PCC and you just need to get it apostille. If thats the case you can get it in 3days with the help of some agents but for educational documents it takes time to get apostille

I wanted to know how long does it take because since MEA only deals with agencies now and not individuals so I'll have to get my documents legalised (apostille) through an agency. It'll take a few days. PCC is not needed for Master's pre-registration but I'd send all the documents together if it comes quickly. I also had a question about getting Bachelor's degree documents legalised. Does it have to be on transcripts or actual marksheets? I already have a Master's degree from UK but Spain is taking so much longer. Most things are done but I only need to upload my educational documents now so I have to get them legalised before I upload them on Uni's portal. If I am accepted, I'll have to apply for visa and that's when I'll need PCC and Med certificate. Oh and Med certificate. For UK, they had clearly mentioned they needed TB scan from an approved hospital in my city. What Medical certificate does Spain or Europe need? It's not mentioned if they want to get tests done. Please help this girl out 😅

Hi generally you have to upload a copy of your document for legalization and they verify and send you a document. For PCC after the initial appointment in passport office, it takes 20 days approximately to arrive at home. And for Spain you don’t need any Med Certificate. Its just the PCC which has to submitted with apostille. But yes do check on the embassy website to make sure because the process for me was a bit different as I moved from Portugal

@@soumyagupta_ Ahh okay. On visa application website, they've written Medical certificate as well. What documents did you give for apostille? Do they need marksheets legalised or transcripts? Did you have to get them translated as well? On Uni of Valencia's website, they've mentioned "Documents that have not been issued in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian or Portuguese must be submitted along with their official translation into Spanish or Catalan." My documents are in English. So do I have to get them translated into Spanish or not? I'm afraid of getting lost in translation 😂

@msreddevil no if they are in English you don’t have to translate it if the university says so. Also you need to get your marksheets and degree apostille. And if they have asked for a medical certificate then you need to get that

Hi If you already did your interview with the embassy it will take around 20-30 days maximum but if you are still waiting for interview then it will take around two months. I cant say exactly but its my personal experience

I don’t know for sure that you need to apostille it. You need to check with the university or the embassy what kind of verification is required. Apostille is only for the degrees that are for India or countries that have signed hague convention

If your university is on esand then yes otherwise you need to go to Hyderabad to get it done or pay some agents to get it done for you
