No - other than Adam and Eve - He is the only one to be born free from sin's grip - which enabled Him to be our Savior

So what ur saying is if a infant dies they go to hell??

Mahalo for your interest in our ministry. We are affiliated with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and believe in the inerrancy of scripture. For general questions you may find it more expedient to find LCMS positions at Doctrine - Frequently Asked Questions - The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod In regards to this question my response was to your question on if Jesus was born with original sin and nothing to do with salvation so it should not have been taken as one regarding our salvation. We believe that salvation is by the grace of God and that we are justified by the works of Jesus and our faith in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 states, “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” Only through God’s actions are we saved from the damnation of hell. Anyone, other than God, that definitely states what happens to an infant upon death would be teaching something that is not found in scripture. We do know definitively that God loves us and has grace towards us, it is because of this that we are saved. It is likely that many, if not all infants that die in this world are in heaven, but that is not something we know for certain. We hope you had a Mele Kalikimaka and have a Hauʻoli a Pōmaikaʻi Makahiki Hou.

False teacher. Christ wasn't born on Christmas
@faithisland151715 күн бұрын
Aloha! Thank you for commenting. While we appreciate your position this content does not discuss the date of Christmas / the date which Jesus was born. For more content on Christmas feel free to watch our newest Bible study on the problem with Christmas. We started it last week and will continue it for two more Sundays. In the first part of we talk at the beginning on the dating of Christmas. Blessings to you. Mele Kalikimaka!

Love this! Also loving the study on the problem with Christmas. I don’t mind what date we celebrate Jesus’ birthday, I’m just thankful he was born and that he saved us!

Jesus is always with you even if you are alone. The two or more has to do with judgement. You need two or more people to make a judgment. Matthew 18:15-17 ¶ “Now if your brother sinsfn, go and fnshow him his fault, between you and him alone; if he listens to you, you have won your brother. 16 “But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY fnFACT MAY BE CONFIRMED. 17 “And if he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as the Gentile and the tax collector.

Fun fact: the Lutheran view of the text of Peter being the rock, being about the type of faith Christ would build His church is what the Orthodox Church believes. I love Lutherans have a mesh of western and eastern theology.

Jesus Christ is talking to the Jews. Jesus Christ said that he came to non other than the lost sheep of the house of Israel. That is the Jews. You have to rightly divide the word of God. Paul teaches this in his writings.

I would define being saved as something that happens to us. We can't save ourselves . We can put ourselves in situations that may lead to better or worse outcomes, but if we are in true need of salvation it can't come from within. If we could "save" ourselves we would be in a situation that the exit was already there we just need to take it.

Being saved, to me, means always asking for the lord for guidance when things aren't going the way you think they should. Being saved means putting your faith in jesus that everything's will be alright and come out good in the end. Being saved is just literally being saved from the depths of hell and putting your whole life toward jesus, god, and the holy spirit. It means never to stray. Which is kind of uncanny because i feel like i have strayed and feel like i have let Him down a bit. It takes more than just believing he exists.

You are not alone, we all let God down in this sinful state. May God's face shine upon you today and you find peace in your salvation in Jesus!

Your definition doesn’t matter, salvation is shown in the Bible and all people are saved in the same way, may not be in the same circumstance or place but every person is saved the same way
@Im40ImAMan2 ай бұрын
I would agree we're all saved the same way, but I think how we view it does matter. If I believe something will save me and my faith is not well placed then there is a really high chance I will not be saved. Even with it being written down we all still can, and do, interpret it differently. How you interpret it will lead to how you live your life.

We can walk in the spirit or walk in the flesh. Only the born again believer has those options, that responsibility and that obligation for which he must give an answer.
