Hey Glenn, awesome work. Any tips for keeping my trowel from "skipping" or chattering on the surface? Is that from letting my coat dry too much/moisture soaking into the wall and out of my compound?

Playing in the mud. All you have to do is have a large knife at least 10 inch and smooth it out. Do it in sections if your just starting out...(not hard)

Classical music, ass crack, and joint compound .... classy! Seriously though, nice job on the wall. I've done that myself and the results weren't quite that good.
