The original bun taco also has dill pickles and their del taco sauce which is like a thousand island dressing.

The bun taco is still available.....it's just not on the menu.

I've delivered to them. And graduated high school with his wife. They don't know this. You could eat off that kitchen floor. Staff is great. My wife and I have eaten there. My son's Johnston, IA fottball teams have had it catered in. Fantastic.

Looks great! I've been experimenting with sous vide the last couple of weeks. I've done a couple chuck roasts at 135F for 20-24 hours that turned out really well. Also just did a smoke and sous vide brisket that turned out to be my best so far. Lots of fun!

Chicken parm minus the parm! 😄🤣We skipped the breading, but the flavor is still on point. Hope you enjoyed this recipe and that it sparks some creative cooking ideas in your kitchen!

Fuckin hell a chicken smashburger now..... Why? This smashing trend needs to end.

lay off the man about the parm people. This would go real well with a pretzel bun ( I wipe off the salt.)

this isn’t even remotely close to ceviche... mayo? horse radish? celery? shrimp on the griddle? these are correctly not called a ceviche roll lol

I notice you handle the hot food with just nitrile gloves. Are they a certain thickness as to handle hot food or are you just a leather hand? Looking for a glove that has dexterity and thermal protection. Any recommendations?
@bigpoppasmokers2 ай бұрын
We like two different gloves based upon what you are cooking. I like the knit cotton gloves that I can wear under my latex gloves for most hot foods. If we are doing something hotter than we use a neoprene hot glove. All of the gloves are sold on our site and used by Big Poppa, himself.
