Greetings for the day Omkarji 🌺 I just want to correct you where you sometimes say that Tirth is Anchal’s favourite & that she loves her more. I very well know it’s just we parents say without we mean nothing as such. As we love every children of our d same, it goes without saying. But, child psychology is such that maybe Tutu is not reacting or expressing anything now but over a period of time in the back of her mind this statement will bother her & she is at that age that now she remembers, knows & understands things. Please do not take me wrong 🙏 Somewhere unknowingly I had also made this mistake in d past with my 2 boys & so when my elder son told me, I was shocked & than it stricked me. I have so many clients who comes with childhood trauma, burdens & baggages which through counselling has to be removed first & than I can get along with the Tarot sessions.

My wife had a very bad back pain ......so the first thing we did is to stop sleeping on the mattress .....and we started sleeping on the floor and after few months that we bought a firm mattress which was very hard from Ikea.... you can try this routine if you like

Yea Aanchal has been saying for quite some time to switch to ikea mattresses well… We have ikea mattress in office room and it is just the best! This mattress in our main bedroom is 3.5 times the price of ikea mattress but not worth it :(

Yummy childhood memory na... instead of sugar you can add condensed milk also that will work as khoya... that's how I had made coconut kodak during Ganesh Chaturthi... and it was yummy
