It is a shame that Dell/Alien hasn't addressed this. Most people send their laptop in and have the main board replaced. But why should the main board be the culprit when with this work around the keyboard functions perfectly. I'm 90% sure it is a software or bios issue.

Thanks for this video, mine does exactly what yours does and your temp fix works the same for aswell. This rules out a motherboard issue. I wonder if its a download fault to force people to windows 11.??

@@HANKPT I tried wiping out the OS and starting from scratch twice. Same problem with the keyboard occurs.

Experiencing this now and have had dell take it twice and its just something new each time. Ive had so many issues. I bought it from best buy and have given up with them both.
