@@theme_park_jack *I predict that you’ll see some improvements being made to the park’s Lost River Ride. If Flamingo Land hand the funds to do it, here’s what they’ll do: - Add some theming to the ride, maybe leaning it towards a sort-of safari theme. - Giving the ride vehicles and track a nice fresh coat of paint. - Repair the fountains - Install some pictures of animals at the top of the ride. - Put in a switch track to avoid the drop section, that way it’s enjoyable for guests that don’t want to experience the element. It also allows the attraction to be open during the colder months, so guests can experience those amazing animal encounters. *Then, I would also see Flamingo Land investing heavily more into the zoo. It’s no secret that the zoo is a big part of the park since the place first opened in 1959. With that in mind, they’ll have an emphasis on keeping to improve the zoo. I could see the park adding some more animals.

@@theme_park_jack *Hero, the Zamperla Volare, is a coaster that everybody loves to hate. It’s an awful and I don’t understand why the park removed a wonderful Wild Mouse to put this in. Now, if I was in charge, I’d would remove it. As for what could replace Hero, I think that a new family coaster would work. Maybe, Flamingo Land would look to add a Gerstauler Bobsled coaster (something like Tiki Waka at Walibi Belgium). *The family club at night would move back to the huge building at the top of the park.

I completely agree. It’s sad to see the state of the park now as I have lots of good memories there before they ruined it!

Now, I’ll be sharing my thoughts and predictions for the next few years of investments for Paultons Park. I’ll be discussing specific ride and attraction types that I think are realistic future additions at the park as well as sharing why I think these additions could happen. *Even before the announcement of their Tornado Springs area, Cobra and The Edge were used to be the most thrilling rides in the park. However, these rides are actually not really themed. When you look at the other rides within the park, everything has a general theme. I would love to see the area get a jungle/rainforest theme as that it would fit the snake idea for Cobra. Then, I’d add an Intamin River Rapids attraction similar to Infinity Falls at SeaWorld Orlando, I think that could help pull the whole area nicely together. *Over at the Lost Kingdom, the Little Explorers play park area and Dino Chase would get removed for a relocation of Magna along with a new queue line. *Focus on general park enhancements and just cleaning up the park, in general. These would include adding a new garden area, fresh paint throughout the park, general ride maintenance, new theming experiences, replacing some of the older restrooms with new, modern ones, improving the food quality and essential maintenance. *Located next to the Lost Kingdom is Sky Swinger. I think that this needs to be themed to some kind-of flying dinosaur. Just give it a quick repaint and the ride could be themed to a flying-style dinosaur. *An extension to Little Africa could be created to bring in an African/Savanna theme; I would add a new Great Coasters International (GCI) wooden coaster similar to White Lightning at Fun Spot Orlando. *The park’s log flume attraction, Raging River, isn’t meant to be a permanent log flume. It feels like the ones that you see at carnivals and fairs, also it feels a little boring. A permanent log flume with a custom layout, a better theme and nice elements would be nicer instead. *As for the attraction that could replace the current location of Magma and The Bounced building, we’d see a new family attraction with a theme, something like a Zamperla Air Race attraction. *Replace the Go-Karts with an Intamin Quad Bike coaster. This would be a perfect fit for this area, it could almost be like people are exploring the jungle area. *The Cat-O-Pillar Coaster is starting to become a rough experience for riders, it’s getting old and uncomfortable and it doesn’t feel like an enjoyable ride. I think that the park would replace Cat-O-Pillar with a new Zierer Force. It would be a welcomed addition because it could be a smoother experience with a new unique layout. However, I think the theming would have to be kept the same.
