Sir Me 7 lakh ka home loan Lena chahta hu but LIC HFL advice de rha ha ki ap 9 lakh ka loan sanction Kara lo taki apko bad me or pesa ki jarurt pade to apka 2 lakh extra me rahega. Or apka Jo emi bnega vo 7 lakh par he banega. Apka emi 9 lakh par nhi bnega To kya vo sahi bola rha hai kya please reply mujhe kya krna chhaiye

@@Sonukumar-oc6kc Woh aapke loan se Credit Insurance bhi deduct karenge. Ask them that you want only Rs7Lakh

Total 4 exams are there, each Exam is of 2 hrs duration with 100 MCQ's with no negative marking

Sir KZbin par video is easy to put. But to get a loan from banks is as difficult.I am 64 going every where for a loan.But till now not a single bank has approved it. Age limit must be there.

Maine 20 lac home loan k liye apply kiya aur log in karate samay agent ne 10 lac ki hi log in ki ...to ab mujhe saction letter kitne lac ka milega ...agent kah raha hai k 20 lac ka estimate dikha rahe hai to 20 lac ka hi saction letter aaega ...kindly suggest

This will depend on the bank how much they sanction. You must have filled a loan application bank will process your loan on the basis of application. Kindly contact the bank directly instead of contacting the agent

Sir mere father ne home loan liya tha..or home loan insurance policy bhi li thi .. sanction letter main jo loan liya total sanction amount rs.23 lakh likha hai.. lakin hume 22 lakh 30 hazar . Diya gya .or jo 70 hazar kam diya wo life insurance policy main 70 hazar kata hai sanction letter main likha hai.. Papa ki death ke baad kehte hai insurance nhi hua aap ko bharna hoga loan..loan closed nhi kiya . property documents bhi nhi de rahe kya kare ...

But now I received an email from Bank that is In Principle Offer letter, but sir in this letter the loan amount/In principle loan amount/EMI amount is mentioned Rs 0.0 , so what does it mean Sir ??
