Great video but I do want to fact check something at 12:00. Stimulation is all around us, it's part of the human experience. Part of intrusive thoughts can be from co-morbid medical issues, even if it isnt from a doctors diagnosis these emotional problems are indicative of a problem in your life greater than just those thoughts. If this is the case then you do need help from the outside, rather than preventing the daily life from your personal growth. To get to the fact check at 12:00 I just want to point out that modern technology are just tools and they can assist you by exposing you to the things that you fear in moderation. Let's say you have an issue with buses, your emotions always overpower your reasonable mind on a bus. One or two hours of bus riding seems impossible then, but watching videos regularly to get yourself closer to that frightful busride is possible. And hey as a bonus, you'll be more alert when you eventually get to the real bus ride than others ;)
