Do be careful with spinach if you have a blood clotting issue. Spinach can thicken blood and cause blood clots.

Agree with all except for one. My grandmother lived to 105 and had a glass of red (only red) wine every night of her adult life. NOT A BOTTLE - 1 glass less than 8 ounces.

Most of this outdated 20th century dietary advice which is still parrotted by healthcare providers and people like the ones who made this presentation. Look into recent research that debunks these notions e.g. 5-a-day, low fat and vegetable oils.
