This interview is a sad joke. Jill Cress totally misrepresents her and HRBlock’s commitment to tax preparation software. Notably, I opened cases 19259420, 20543169, and 19520588 the past spring to try to get DIY online software corrected. In fact, one problem was clearly illustrated by the online software calculating a different tax liability than the downloadable software. An anonymous representative (their way of doing business) finally commented that they would knowingly continue to sell and assist in filing tax returns that claimed too big a refund…rather than find a programmer who could correct the error. Henry and Richard Bloch would be rolling over in their collective graves if they knew how this woman and other leading executives neglect the tax business. I emailed her with all the relevant info and Miss Customer Experience Representative couldn’t be bothered to respond. Chief Legal Counsel Dara Redler did have an associate respond but a promised investigation into HRB’s incompetence still hasn’t revealed anything after two months.

It's certainly something I too still desire which is what's led me here- because of the uncomfortable place I've found myself within my career and taking accountability for my next steps, and seeking out someone or something to engage is a personal goal and expectation I've set for myself. Lastly, you ladies are very lucky to have each other. Like you all, I too have been slighted with health issues that caused me to make hard decisions for ex. exiting corporate america, 10 years ago, to take care of my health and my unborn child in which my career still has't quite recovered from and now whether I sell my home in Fl. and relocate to access greater opportunities that haven't presented themselves yet.
