2:10 why do flashers have to be off in the rain?

According to state law , flashers are only to be used when you have pulled over to the side of the road or are disabled or in an accident. They say You cannot use them when you’re moving. It only causes confusion. Other drivers have no idea what you’re doing.

Really nice rain. I love to go to our local park and just sit in my car and listen to it. I’m finding out a lot of people do it. 😂. Its very peaceful.
