If you are a Cheap Trick fan spending 1500 dollars on this snare, I would much rather spend less and get a Black Beauty.

Growing up, my brother had a Ludwig kit. As I got older, and trying different brands, nothing ever came close to what his kit was. I recently purchased a Ludwig Legacy Mahogany, and it was music to my ears. I feel like nothing beats the Ludwig sound. There are a lot of drums out there and they are all good in their own right, but you can't go wrong with a set of Ludwig's.

Wow, the ACTUAL tickets?? Not a wrap made of images of tickets?? Crazy!

So extremely thankful to have seen Bun E. And band back in 1979 in a cow barn in Lawton, Oklahoma. They rocked our small town to the core, the back doors were open and you could hear it for 10 miles. We were shook that night…

Bun E. Carlos is the platonic ideal of a rock and roll drummer

He's such a nice guy. He's hangs out at the Chicago Drum Show every year. I hope to find one of those snares there at the next event so I can have him sign it. Sounds great! Love the wrap. Excellent idea! Imagine a whole kit like that.

My first snare drum was a Ludwig 6.5 x 14 Acrolite aluminum snare and it sounds as good as any snare drum 50 years after I bought it with my paper route money

Bun E., what a beautiful snare!! Designed by the king of the thunder drums!! Stunning snare drum with all that cool Cheap Trick memorabilia/tix embedded all around it!! This snare right here is something that's making me drool with CT pandemonium!! I remember when I met you on the Rockford tour, I never asked you for any drum sticks in Lawton, OK in June 2007... God I'm a fool, but I was so damn nervous!! Lol😅 I'm still a fool, in love with America's BEST Rock'n'Roll band!! Love you Bun E. and Cheap Trick and especially miss you behind your throne!! (No knock on Daxx, he's awesome too!!) 👍👍 👏 ❤ 🥁

Some people have hand issues, perhaps arthritis, dry skin etc. Whatever it takes to keep rockin’!

I have the set of gloves from MTV video..1089 Cheap Trick Live @ Daytona Beach. Carlos gave them to me at end of Concert..35 years ago. Need to get them signed Carlos?

Why do baseball players and Golfers wear them. Grip man, better grip!! Bun E started wearing gloves in 1980. ASU TOUR. He also added another bass drum on this tour!!! Alot of drummers use them.

What a great idea and such a beautiful snare drum. I saw you at the Cow Palace on August 16th 1977 as the opening act for KISS, and all I can say is wow. Became a huge fan of CT that night. Glad you guys made it into the RRHOF, and Cheap Trick really misses your incredible drumming style since 2010!!!!! 👍

I was in the fence to mount my 13x9 on either the dw 6000 ultra light and classic snare stands, or on the new tama classic snare stands because they were so light and compact. But thinking about it now, this classic ludwig snare stand is infinitely more adjustable than all of those stands, is a lot more solid, and looks really good. I'll be picking one up this week end..
