I am obsessed with your vids as we seem to have similar tastes I love that you mentioned The Kiss of Deception as I got this on Audible but I put it down as I was reading other stuff and the momentum stalled for me I really wanna know if you finished it as a lot of people I know do not love the whole ‘love triangle’ trope but I personally love it lmao. 😂😂🫶💛💛🙌🙌

3:01:10 Recently, the moment I learn an indie/self-pub has been picked up to be trad published, I immediately lose interest because 99% of the time, the self publish covers are WAY NICER. I dunno what trad is doing but the self pubs they're picking up and then publishing with the UGLIEST covers (Looking at you Sword of Kaigen, Dungeon Crawler Carl, Dowry of Blood etc), absolute jail time for these publishers please.

It’s definitely hard to give a review of When the Moon Hatched author was telling two stories at one time. 1st of all the glossary at the beginning or end depending on which format you’re reading is ridiculous if your world requires that much of an explanation you’re doing too much. I struggled getting into this spent days rereading the 1st 20%. The ending was good I will probably give second book a chance.
