Pro tip put your meat in the freezer for a half hour or so and it becimes way easier to cut into equal strips. This als works to grate soft cheeses, just dont freeze em too long or some of them get kinda gritty

Carolina rig, circle hook 2 and 1 ounce of weight pending current. suggest just setting on bottom for 1 - 2 min then give full 2 cracks and repeat until in the boat. then repeat. Great way to find flounder also. Had any luck this year?
