You posted a pizza. Should have used a rubber tip to avoid all the poke marks for a smother repair

Great job your very good , i don't have anyone decent or reliable where i am to do this for me, I try to PDR dents some times, im not very good, if there's dents on blend panels im painting i give them a go or if im painting the panel i have a little practice, ive got a basic bar set and glue set, im never sure what bar to use or glue pad but its not to bad cos im quite good with filler 🤣 Where do you get that knock down tool from and what it called Good Video 👍

Again, this is just down to the lack of video editing. I will eventually learn to use some software for this but for the time being I can only do this kind of video in a single take and I don’t want to move the camera around a lot while recording. I will try to remember to take before and after photos to post on X and Instagram for the future. Thanks again Andershrom.👍

Did u stop there on this dent or go further with any process?

Здравствуйте! А что было дальше?
@CarDentScotlandPDR-ym7cp7 ай бұрын
Hi, unfortunately these videos are only done in one take at the moment as I don’t have a video editing system. Next I changed the angle of approach and continued to repair from a different angle. Then I polished this and the dent was complete. Thanks for your interest.❤

Hi Victor, I went in through the window with a short fixed hook tool.
@CarDentScotlandPDR-ym7cp7 ай бұрын
Hi Chris, the point of these videos isn’t to show the complete process from start to finish. There are plenty of videos of that you can find on KZbin. These are meant to be single take videos for the satisfaction of seeing a dent disappear. 17 years in the game eh? The first lesson I learned in this job was never to criticise someone else’s work. You must have forgotten that it was so long ago. Take care mate.👍

Hi victor, for this one I stripped the boot trim for access and used a short Johnson (straight bar with a 20° angle kicker. I had a rubber tip to start with and finished metal to metal.👍

Still has lows. That dent is far from complete. I've been a PDR tech almost 17 years now I would never leave a dent like that.
