For something that you need everyday would be best to know the basics at least (oil change, brakes, change spar & etc). Most people are lazy and don’t want to save money and put the work in themselves. I would rather blame myself than worry about someone else messing my car up just a peace of mind DIY. All you need is tools which are not expensive.

@@androsow2838 the middle light has 1 plug in. The wires in the taillights with rubber boot just pull out and swap with the extra harness that came with it. I show in video what the extra harness is

But you literally mean pull out the entire original harness (with force?) that’s inside the left middle light? Wouldn’t that break whatever it’s connected to so then I won’t be able to connect the extra harness? Can you elaborate please😭😭, i am so desperate can you please tell me I was outside in the cold yesterday for like 4 hours I only got the sides lights to turn on

@ it’s just a rubber seal, remove seal and their are 2plug in/connectors in the both taillights you won’t break anything

@@mightyprophet4581 I fucking did it one of the wires fell back inside the light and I thought I couldn’t get it out but I was able to with some tweezers. Also were you able to get the seal back in im using scotch tape to cover the hole

Let me ask the people here. Car just started making this grinding sound and kinda shuttering when braking at low speeds along with grinding sound. Checked brakes. I need new one but idk if that’s the sound. When I took the rotor off and free spun the wheel hub it clicked a bit. Wheel bearing or?

Hi, When removing the package tray cover did you have to remove the seat bolsters on both sides and disconnect airbag sensors? Or you were able to just pull up after removing two clips and loosening side quarter window trim.

If you notice in this video he has a flashing odometer. This is because a proxy alignment needs to be done. I had a base display on a 2013 dart. Bought the tft color display on eBay. Had different mileage so they don't need to be the same. Needed obdlink mx+ and alfa obd to do a proxy alignment. Guides are online. Very easy. For other people that might see this in the future. MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR CONFIGS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING I've read these things from dodge dart forums.cluster should be from the same year. So a 2013 dart gets a 2013 cluster ect. Make sure you look at the approved obd readers on the alfa obd website. I used the windows version of alfa obd but if you are on android the app is even better. No iOS option. After I installed the digital TFT cluster and turned on the car it showed a bunch of sensor and module failures for options that didn't come with my car. Rain sensing wipers, blind spot monitoring ect. So basically run the proxi alignment after installing and bam. No flashing odometer no lights or codes. Some other information that could help. Make sure you keep your radio on. Don't go into your configurations and change anything. All codes need to be cleared and proxy alignment done. That’s it.

Nice work. When i tinted my tailights i put a Lincoln logo on the lens when spayed the tint. I took it off after it dried. The tint was mad dark, so the untinted logo stood out very nice when you hit the brakes. I like that spoiler. You have a very unique car. Big respect for your ingenuity.
