You can do a version which is wetter you can pour and has the same end result, its far easier as you can pour directly into the pan!

We’ve made these two nights in a row, once for tacos and once as wraps, and they are delightful! They hold up so nicely without cracking or tearing, and are a hit even with the gluten-eaters of our family! Thanks for your comment! When you keep the oats tortillas in the fridge, put them between paper towels not to get wet because of the condensation. Then, cover tightly with plastic wrap or keep them in an airtight container. Keep them flat. Consume within 3 - 4 days. Otherwise, it gets dry. When you keep them in the freezer, put baking paper between each tortilla. Then, cover tightly with plastic wrap or keep them in an airtight container. Keep them flat. Consume within a month.

Thank you so much for your comment😀 As I am not a nutritionist, I am not familiar with the details of carbs...Sorry... I know that oats are low GI (sorghum is medium GI though). Tapioca starch as a binder is high GI. I think that the pizza base with sugar would taste better than without sugar.

hi! nice video again😊 i have questions! do u have any particular reason why u use two kinds of starch? and do u have your own fixed ratio of flour when u make bread? For example,, 40% rice flour 20%brown rice flour 15%starch. like this.
