Absolutely beautiful we are coming over to wah hin next year to look for property just like this or similar We were supposed to be there now we had to cancel our flight because my wife wasn’t well we were absolutely gutted we couldn’t come over but we will be there next October we have booked the villa for 1 month in orchid village.

@@lecannet i have had 2 condos here, i hate homeowners associations! those who "volunteer" as managers are bullies, and the fees never decrease, they only go up.one of my few life achievements was establishing a legal precedent in New York state that helps prevent pet eviction and enforcement of rules that have not been enforced/waivered.

Most realtors do this. We were shown a kitchen and were told "this is the kitchen". The realtor we finally bought the house from was the rare one that told us info we didn't already know, like size, age, material, specs, important history of reno etc. She got our business.

Advice When doing realestate tours you don’t have to say what’s obvious or comment on every detail of the place. Comments on bed sizes is helpful, storage and closets always good to know. WATER PRESSURE very important to most people. Also you should show more about the area the house is in seeing some drone shots of the nearby sois is valuable information to most buyers.
