Sir I think we should have 5 years of training period in which we must have 2 years of training program in IIT and IIM for newly selected bureaucrats 2 years of probation period and 1 year of academy training as usual and we must focus more on skill upgradation period so that we can have best bureaucrats in our country especially for IAS officers and fir IPS officers we must have military type strict training and we also need to have some skill base programs for IFS and IRS officers as well
