Why is he out early? He was supposed to be in prison for 10 years. I understand there was a glitch. There’s no reason for him to be out. His behavior has been generational. My sister, his ex wife, knew about his behavior for years and did nothing. He was sentenced to 10 years and he should have served the full term. I wrote a letter for his sentencing. There are numerous victims because of him and my sister. Lives that have suffered irreparable damage. Just to be let down by the justice system because of a glitch. He should NOT be out at all, what so ever. And I will never understand why my sister wasn’t prosecuted, too. There’s nothing law enforcement can do to keep the community safe from this man. Seems like this agency could care less about reaching out for cultural diversity among their officers. You all mentioned successful recruiting which I give this agency a giant "F". Even the Chief himself says he wants someone who is a good fit, meaning as long as they're the right skin color. No Asians, no Hispanics, no East Indian, and definitely no African Americans. Regardless of the makeup of your community, you the Chief as a leader should recognize that your agency is doing a poor job recruiting in other regions, cities or even states. Cultural diversity among this agency is terrible and I'm sure the Chief is intentionally keeping it that way. If you're a minority driving through this city, it's guaranteed that you won't make it out without something on your record.
