i will say this. my gma on my moms side set the guiness book of world records by seeing titanic in theaters few 1000 times. James Camerom sent us an autographed actual movie still from production signed by cameron DiCaprio and Winslet. Also which you should have included as a factoid is the unsinkable molly brown was a real person and portrayed her fantastically

Titanic artifacts being removed and kept in exhibits is far more acceptable than private collectors being able to obtain them. No one should be able to buy a single thing removed from the wreck site, so if people are going to continue taking things from it, anything taken should remain in public exhibits.

The entire ceiling/roof over the Marconi room (radio room) is badly deteriorated with large portions being completely rusted/rotted away, so it's not entirely unlikely that the radio will ultimately be removed someday, or for there to at least be an attempt made at retrieving it. I suppose it depends on which deteriorates faster: the roof, or the radio.

This will never happen because it's too expensive. No one will move freight around because the ideal movement of freight ain't those pods but trains and ships. And they and their infrastructure is there. 310kmh is also not that fast, the TGV regularly reaches 320kmh. And it's cheaper because it's actual mass transport and not those stupid individual pods. Which drive costs up.
