I haven't tried, but they would be easy to get off. Could integrate into a work bench that way, would need space for router though.

Id suggest making a shield over the combustion air intake,or run it downhill. The way you have it now rain water can enter and settle in the intake . Other than that.....enjoy all that new heat your gonna have.

Bit of an oversight there! Thanks. I have the roof over hang(soffit) protecting a little bit, but I’ll have to change that.

Similar to the one I put in my garage. I actually didn't bother putting any hose on the combustion intake, but if yours is sealed up I can see why you would. Nice to see how it heats in an insulated place, I have another one in the cabin I'm building (not insulated yet). I'd be concerned about running it off your power pack, if it runs out and shuts off suddenly without going through the shutdown procedure, it will smoke the place up... Ask me how I know lol
@OfficialVirg22 күн бұрын
@@HollisDoesStuff I currently have the pack plugged in. It can charge via 120 or 12v. I used to charge it off solar, so i was thinking of setting that up in the future, but that is good to know about the shut down! haha

Excellent demonstration of this router table and showing what router you placed on it. Shiplap done well. Liked and subscribed.

how has the table and router held up?
@OfficialVirg Жыл бұрын
So far so good, you do have to make sure it stays square and straight.

I used to have this table, too much deflection in the mounting plate and impossible to level plate to table
@OfficialVirg Жыл бұрын
I’ll have to check that, when I built it was level to the table. Also, shiplap siding I was making for my shed worked out well, but I wasn’t looking for perfect joints.

My Makita XTR017 has a 1-3/4” x 2-3/16” base anchor bolts spacing. Wondering if it will match any of the hole combinations of this router table’s baseplate. Please let me know. Thanks.

I don't see your model listed in the manual. I have a DeWalt that wasn't listed either. It's easy enough to drill your own holes in the insert plate and countersink them to attach your router.

@@OfficialVirgI know someone who just got a job with one of the companies. She starts April 27th. Any advice on how I can coach her for how rough this is going to be? Especially the first week and how sore she will be. Much appreciated and keep up the great work.
@OfficialVirgКүн бұрын
@@seen48She will have to embrace being uncomfortable whether it’s dirty,sore, tired or something else. Also, make sure she brings a watch something cheap but, time management was crucial for making real money once the basics of planting are mastered

@@OfficialVirg I thought of that afterwards, I realized it might be a soft wood but you also have to figure out which way the grain prefers to be cut.
