2025... If you are hurting... hold on. In my experience the best things to do is... ① Turn off your phone ② Go out for a walk (literally the best). ③ On your walk just try and practice some random act of kindness. Don't record it. Don't post it. Just do it because everyone hurts and someone else is hurting more than you.
