This was not a walkthrough tour. It was an artistic stylized show. As a consumer I could not really get a grasp of the layout. Fast to slow camera movements work great in a commercial or music video… not so much in a house tour. That being said lovely home, from what I could see.

Hello Sir Option A The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.2m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6x5m. Dining 3.6x3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living rooms which one is bigger and better?

@@architecturaldesigns Thank you I just saw this! My neighborhood requires 1000 sq fr not including front rear porch, breezeways, and garage. This means I need to add another 18x18 room. Is there an option to build a flex room above the living room / kitchen? If not, what’s the easiest way to modify this plan to add a 3rd space like an office / bedrooom?

I like this floor plan. I would make some modifications such as modifying and converting 1 of the front bedrooms to create a larger closet and 3rd bathroom.

These are created with Sketchup for the modeling and Lumion to add textures/materials, environment, lighting, and to create the animation - a less expensive alternative to look into is D5render (about 10% the cost of Lumion!). The publishers of these applications have great resources for learning their programs, and of course KZbin has incredible free tutorials on these softwares.
