The Muslims who are shocked at this topic, and suggesting that it shouldn't be discussed, are going against the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad(SAWS). People would come to him(SAWS) and ask about having sex from the back(not anal, but positions), anal sex, masturbation, etc. He(SAWS) gave the guidance on these matters without being disgusted or shy. This is how we learn. Today, too many people are taken aback by these topics because they think that we're supposed to just know, or they think that it's like it was hundreds of years ago. Shyness is gone. Technology has exposed all of us, including young Muslims. We need to be ahead of it and be able to explain these topics without shame or shaming, before those Muslims without proper knowledge do it on their own because of bad guidance or using the wrong source of knowledge. Taboo is not an Islamic concept, unless that topic is specifically ordered to be left alone Iin Qur'an or Sunnah (ie. Al Ghaib (the unknown)).
