@@W7ENK hahaha I remember back in the day dam clock radios answering machines anything with a speaker would pick up bleed over lol but naw I was barefoot like 12-15 watts ;) but I am gonna sneak that bad boy on the roof and that should be fun . I just beat a 11 year battle with 4 kinds of stage 4 cancer and sold all my old equipment to help with bills but now that I’m permanently disabled at my young age of 44 im excited about getting back into the hobby .

@@twomorebeers520 thanks brother ! Glad you thought so too . Not to many people in my area that use CBs but they are still very popular across the US . I just beat a 11 year battle with terminal stage 4 and 4 kinds of cancer and sold all my old equipment for Bills but now that I’m permanently disabled I got all the time in the world so I think ima try and acquire some new CB equipment and have fun with it

@@chrisjvas lol it was a old hobby of mine before I got sick with cancer but now that I beat it I’m interested in getting back into the hobby . I was showing a example of a home made antenna I made from a junk around the house and talked to Oklahoma and Texas from here In Southern California

@@The_BullSchiffer your right they have gotten popular again and I’m like you I have always found interest in cb radios and building antennas. They aren’t so popular here in California anymore but I still enjoy to listen and chime in from time to time . Fixed about half a dozen nice radios in the last week so I think I will try and setup an antenna on my apartment roof ;) . Thanks for chiming in bud and thanks glad you liked the channel.

@@orscrub3161 Thanks ! I will be doing a lot more metal detecting this winter ;) and Ross and Tony , man I miss those guys . Ross came into some money from his father who passed and he got a few bmws and joined a car club and keeps busy with his new hobby now and Tony and I spoke not to long ago and planned a get together but he’s making headphones now and has gotten pretty well known for his awesome headphones so he keeps busy making orders for people and doesn’t detect much .

@@willis949 It’s taking a lot of time money and effort but yeah hopefully when I get a new ebike for Goldzilla my channel will really take off ;) dam thieves . But I’ve dialed Goldzilla in and made it water proof so it’s gonna be a deadly weapon on the beach. Gonna find me a Rolex Son ! lol

@@tonytaylor7918 I just beat a 11 year long battle with 4 kinds of stage 4 cancer , I had to learn how to walk again twice in a year as I lost the use of my whole body after I got a syndrome called Guillon barre syndrome and it takes away your nervous system and I couldn’t even move my face :( all that and I’m also a type 1 diabetic but this was my 1st big fish since I beat the impossible. I’m still not quite ready for any long battles but this was a test to see if I could even handle the battle at all . It’s been a long road but I’m back and nothing can hold me down now ;) .

@@wandlbaker thanks bud it’s a good idea but I think they kick people off cause people have been run over and killed by the beach cleaning equipment at night ;) people dig holes and sleep in them and are usually drunk so they don’t wake up when being ran over :(

I know of guys in San Diego who seemed to be able to detect at night with no problem. Mr. Eisenhower was one but haven’t seen any videos from him in a long time.

@@wadoman699 yeah Tony and I go way back and use to hunt together often but yeah he has been making a killing on his headphones so he’s more focused on that now but yes those were the good old days. I never had trouble back then either but with so many homeless and migrants I guess they are keeping people off the beaches more now than they have in the past .

@@c7adventures376 I’ve had a spider co knife and they are very nice . It’s fresh water so it may still be ok ;) I don’t know where bakerspatch is but metal detectors are very cheap now and the cheap ones arnt cheap they are top notch and very effective. You can get a good metal detector for about two hundred bucks and a water prod one too ;) lmk if ya want a link to one

I’ve worked harder than most to have these things and I’m on permanent disability so yes I am very poor . I once had money and a well paying job and that has allowed me to sell off things I acquired while I had money and a income to buy the things i needed to keep me happy and I have sacrificed so much to be able to do the things I do . I have had diabetes for 25 years and cancer for 11 that I finally beat against all odds as I was terminal stage 4 with 4 kinds of cancer . So I no longer have an income only disability and that isn’t much 1,100 bucks a month and my bills are about $975 a month . So yes I am very poor but I’ve done my best to have things to keep me happy as I’ve been through a lot health wise and the few things I still have I’ve worked so hard to keep them and for another man who definitely wasn’t poor to decide to take these things from me just because he thinks I have more than him is like justifying taking from a old person just cause they won’t be around long , who am I to judge how long you will be around ? Who was he to say I have more than him ? I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment with me my mother and brother and I drive a 20 year old Honda with over a quarter million miles on it, i have no family other than my mother and brother so no money in our family, so I’ve always been poor but have been resourceful and never wasted money, I always made my money and then invested it in a way it would make me more money . This is why I metal detect ;) this hobby has paid for two boats and all my fishing gear even though I’m poor i still find a way and don’t rip others off because I grew up poor . Yes i grew up having to live off meals provided for me from my school as I had no one around to feed me and also had many of holidays with friends as I had no where or no one to spend them with and many of birthdays and Xmases alone . So the fact I have a few things doesn’t make me rich it makes me resilient and resourceful
