You have a link where to buy those inserts and do jo have them to for the moza 1,9 and car weight about 2,7/2,9 kilo gram

@@petervenema9628 Hello sir. We can make the inserts for you and ship them to you. Otherwise, you can buy the STL files and print them: cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/revolt-rhinorc-moza-1-9
Great idea. Performance increase is obvious. Great work!

foams are better, tires are gripping properly

It's not easy to get the perfect insert.......for each tire. But I love this idea!
@vlozity12 күн бұрын
That tire has no grip, did you try a different brand? I wonder if it needs to be broken down to see its potential.
@Team_ReVolt12 күн бұрын
I think it might be a combination of my slick rocks and the tires not broken in yet. And on these rocks I'm not getting a lot of feather...
@JohnGrenoble12 күн бұрын
I had the opportunity to get a set of 4 of the 1.9 MOZA which did not come with foams. I had a set of Crazy Crawler 116x40mm laser cut foams HD and ran the tires on my SCX10 Pro 5.6lbs and found them to be the best tire I’ve tried so far on my rig. I was currently either using 1.9 PL hyrax and 1.9 Lamprey tires and the MOZA was awesome. The CC HD foams allowed for side hill performance as well as controlled squish to contour to the rocks I’m looking forward to the new revolt inserts to try
@JohnGrenoble12 күн бұрын
NOTE: the 2.2 MOZA test tires that received has a tread design that is too tall IMO. I have since cut all of the “X’s” from each tire and cut the height 50% and now they perform well on my Bully 2. Frank Wu is aware of my testing
@JohnGrenoble13 күн бұрын
Can you soften the inserts? My SCX10 Pro weighs 2.65Kg and I am running a set of Crazy Crawler LaserFoam Heavy Duty 1.9" Foam Crawler Tire Insert (2) (116x40mm) (7-10 Pound Trucks) with a weight bias of 63/37%. I find that the squish I get that helps with slow pulls over extremely rough lines is the best. Also allowing the tire to “flatten out and show a light squish when sitting on the ground adds to its ability to do side hills incredibly well. I love the MOZA tire and it is now my go to tire for 1.9 crawlers

They did retty good on the new rock line. I have yet to test my Re-Volt inserts but iI know from watching Redone they will perform when I do.
@brianmassey756314 күн бұрын
Nice video. I enjoyed the "just do it" addition, lol. I have my tires setup with firm inserts for the same reason you mentioned...soft lugs and really thin carcass. I really don't want them bagging and tearing. I just haven't found time to test 'em on the rocks yet. Nice job overall.
@rccrawlingaddict20714 күн бұрын
Now that I see them in action, I still think they are a bit too firm. Where is the test for the softer inserts that you did first?
@Team_ReVolt14 күн бұрын
So, this is 4% front and 5% rear. I went as low as 3.25% on the front but the lugs just didn't have enough support and folded over. Their was some filming, but I gave up because they didn't perform well. Threw that footage away.
@JohnGrenoble13 күн бұрын
Yes let us see the softer insert tests
@Team_ReVolt13 күн бұрын
@@JohnGrenoble It is my opinion these type of tires benifits more from an open cell foam. So we are in the process of designing a new type on insert specific for this tire. Using a TPU inner to support a foam and thus not collapsing on sidehills. The prototype is ready (for one tire) and I will build it together soon. Might do a quick short on that. If it's okay i'll do 4 and run the test vehicle on those. I do have a vehicle in your 2.5 - 2.6 kg range.
