This is a good guide though, but you didn't change your attributes to reduce skill training time. I think that new players should know how to do that.

@@Bulldagshunter You're welcome. I must add for the new players that read my comment, that to change attribute points, you've to know what you're doing. With a 3rd party tool like EVEMon you can simulate a skill training plan.

Why using AB in polarized fit? For scram kiting? Or getting closer when both have Warp scrambler?
@Bulldagshunter5 ай бұрын
This allows you to have range control of the fight if you are able to land the scram. (Big if) This allows you to choose which ammo to start with to give you an edge, dictate the range throughout the engagement, some control of the transversal speeds and least get an opportunity to disengage if you wish. Polarized weapons have better tracking then t2 but nullifys your resistances so I try to mitigate some damage by sig tanking so they either miss shots or get lower quality hits. Or exactly you have the option to scram kite. With the tracking bonus and say run antimatter while they have void the increased transversal speed should hurt your opponent more than you. (These are all benefits of afterburners not just polarized fits) Pvp is all about having options and deciding then executing the best one for the situation.

That is literally the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I was engaged in epic starship combat against multiple opponents, I almost had the upper hand, but then they bumped me... because crashing into each other does nothing but move the ship like its a bumper car and stun its ability to do things?? _cue Benny hill theme music_ You'd think purposely ramming full speed into a object would have some penalties attached to it, in a game where piloting a ship is a thing.
@Bulldagshunter5 ай бұрын
lmao youre not wrong dude. It is a 20+ year old game with old game mechanics though so thats Eve. While a very pretty game you dont play for its realistic space flight and physics. You play for the sense of accomplishment from setting your own goals and meeting them, the sheer depth of the game(every item in game is player mined materials and crafted with complex mechanics), the community, and the thrill from full loot pvp where you lose everything on your ship when you die. No other game besides maybe Tarkov gives me the PVP adrenaline shakes lol

Hello. How do you do this with calm face? Kikimora is quite expensive and you lost one without even thinking of running away. How do you fund this? Do PvP kills yield fortune?
@Bulldagshunter9 ай бұрын
Lol yeah I blow alot of isk pvping. You can make decent isk from faction warfare, otherwise pvp doesn't pay that well but I am a station trader I've made like 250bil the past 2 years so it's not a big deal losing ships anymore.

May i ask advice on what's a good starters ship class for a noob, should i go for higher ships like BCs and BS's or should i stick to low grade frigs n destroyers and just get tech 2 for them? Currently my plan is to do missles and rockets n the like i think they're pretty good for new folks, so i hear.
@Bulldagshunter9 ай бұрын
BCs and BSs sound like a blast in theory but their uses are pretty niche and have very high skill requirements, expensive, SLOW, easily killed. I love my frigs/dessies and cruisers t1-t3. Missles are a good beginner weapon class as you dont need to worry about tracking and stuff is either in range or not, just fire and forget. Guns (autocannons, hybrids, lasers) are much better once you understand how tracking/transversal and optimal/fallout work and you get some manual piloting skills to transversal match. I would recommend starting with frigs and working up to t2 AFs and ceptors, destroyers use all the same skills then either branch out to different races or up to cruisers and medium weapons for your current race.

so you have a nano and a plate in low slots ... interesting
@Bulldagshunter Жыл бұрын
Yeah ENI has a somewhat broken 15% per level reduction in plate mass penalty. So you gain 5k EHP from the plate, lose 1600 EHP of hull from the nano. Then thanks to that 75% reduction to the mass penalty the plate has a negligible effect on your agility/speed but the nano gets you from 2350m/s to 2573m/s which is actually quite fast almost 3700m/s hot, and with drugs youre up over 4k heated. They are nasty haha

@Bulldagshunter Жыл бұрын
Yeah I've been trying to give some better commentary/ be educational on what's going with my newer videos. And I think I will do some alpha pvp videos here soon, it's definitely harder as an alpha and you'll either need to really focus your 5mil SP or it'll take some time getting over 5mil sp with dailies and injectors to have an ok chance at least when in frigs/dessies.
