@@thereids3625 not completely, but the uphill bits are relatively short and not too steep with plenty of flat/down in between them. The 2 first main roads (Stanhope and Woodland) are flat, as is the last half of the 4th main road (Coniscliffe) and the town centre ending, so plenty of easy going on each lap.

@@SwimBikeRunStu thanks, I might be biased but done it a few times and never had a bad time at this event. Always well organised, good support and decent price so hard to go wrong! Plus if you come up for the weekend you can (re)visit one of the lovely parkruns up here the day before too! 😆

Yeah it's definitely a good one. It's my local and the one that got me engaged with running and volunteering and had such a big impact on me over the last year. It's a lovely place to spend a Saturday morning. I remember you saying you liked jt in your video from your visit to us, thanks for watching this little memory lane trip!

It was, that was all taken very early doors, about 7.30, before parkrun even set up! Lovely day out next time you're up this way though, plenty of scope for taking the bikes out too.
