@IeshaLesEvergreenGardenАй бұрын
I got them from Pikes Nursery here in GA. You could order them online at www.ladybugsdirect.com though!

Bought these for my plants to eat the mites. Don't bomb your room before releasing them. Oops
@SolzhenitsynBoogieАй бұрын
If it’s a medical grow the ladybug’s legs will get stuck and pull off onto the trichomes. If you have spider mites in flowering stage the grow will be lost. Stay healthy.

Any benefits or disandvantage on having a dependent care fsa showing on your w2 when you actually does not send your child to a daycare center or does not paid nobody for taking care of your child?
@IeshaLesEvergreenGardenАй бұрын
I wouldn’t advise you to have this if you aren’t actually using for dependent care

Did you not get a debt card? we have the medical one and they sent us a debt card and our account says our balance is what i set our yearly amount to even though only one payment so far has come out of my husband's account
@IeshaLesEvergreenGardenАй бұрын
No I didn’t receive a debit card for this, it’s all processed through the employer. However, still very easy for us to manage! A debit card seems helpful too!

Instead of the “camera shake effect” at the optimum time, it would have been better to show us how dry the pulp was, demonstrating by squeezing the pulp residue between your fingers.
@IeshaLesEvergreenGardenАй бұрын
I’ll keep that in mind next time

Hi! So I created a DCFSA accounts. I was confused because it asked me the total amount annually & I put 2k but after I hit continue it said that $1k was going to come out of my check weekly? And no money was taken out of my check last week? How soon do they take it out of my check?
@mizzelleve5 ай бұрын
It will be effective 2024, so your first check in 2024. If you put 2K for your total funding amount, and you have it set to deduct 1K per paycheck then by the end of January you will fully fund your account. Is there a reason why you did it that way? You have the option of selecting the amount per pay period and for whatever duration you would like. For eg, you could have done $200 per pay period for 10 periods so essentially you would gradually fund the account over 5 months ( technically 4.5 since March will have 3 periods). Hopefully it works out for you!
@IeshaLesEvergreenGardenАй бұрын
You may want to verify the frequency in which your employer will deduct your contributions. Mine isn’t setup to come out all at once, it is every pay period.

Can you do this if you are paying a person and not an institution
@IeshaLesEvergreenGarden6 ай бұрын
Great question! Yes. As long as the person providing care is not claimed by you or your spouse as a tax dependent, you can be reimbursed for amounts you pay them for care of your dependent.
@nastradonis7 ай бұрын
Man, I doubt I can get this from my job, but I'm gonna keep learning about ways to save on taxes. Thank you!
@IeshaLesEvergreenGarden6 ай бұрын
No problem!! Outside of the dependent care FSA you could consider contributing to your 401k if you’re not already. Maybe even see if you can open a health savings account. Both are ways to definitely help save on taxes!!

Hi there! We had no issues with taxes, in fact it was quite straightforward because of the record keeping from our job, childcare facility, and bank receipts. I hope that helps!
