I am smiling while you're doing this because I'm thinking especially with the Cheez-Its it'd be so much easier just to get the small mini bags at the grocery store I just throw a handful in there for the kiddos and not have to go through the sealing And then just tell your kiddos after they eat it just put the little bag back in the backpack and you can refill it tomorrow. 😅

This item is very hard to use and the customer service is crap. The pow XL duo is crap is made in China and you can tell. I purchased it in October of 2022. February of 2023 it would completely out no light no nothing. They replaced it set me one I had to cut the cord on the one I had and they sent me a new one. Fast forward to November of 2023. I Don't use the product that much I tried to use it in November. The first button that vacuum and seal didn't work. So I hit the vacuum button and then hit the silhouette real quick and that did work. A day ago I tried to seal and vacuum something and it did not work. The vacuum wouldn't work at all but it did still. Today I call power XL customer service. And they refuse to replace my item or give me my money back cause that's what I won't. They said because I purchased the item in October of 2022 mowarranty is out. Even though I got a new product in February of last year. They say I only have a 6 month warranty on a replaced item. So from February last year 6 months is July I didn't even get a whole year for the product I purchased originally. Which should have been in October. So I'll let you know these mess probably will last not much over a yearaybe not even that long. I got 2 of these items one last for 4 months the other one last for 11month. I purchase one another brand from Walmart for my mother. Hers still work. Do not waste your money on this mess. is made in China and that's what you're going to get.
