Omg. Thought I would never see this again. I taught the guard that year. What a tough season. Our original drill writer flaked out and never seen us the drill. Played catch-up the rest of the season.

we played "on the waterfront" for our second movement and the percussion beat became the entire basis of a show. very solid!!

I am 90% certain it was designed by Michael Gaines - he did our drills for many many shows.

Thank you for uploading this gen in 93. I think holsinger 92 was the best drill year. Best musicanship in my four years was copeland 90

Yes, I think he did at least all 4 shows while I was there (95-98) and plenty more before and after that

Took 1st in prelims. Got 2nd in finals. Still won Outstanding Music in both prelims and finals though.

Yes, but there are errors and missed notes you can hear from the press-box. If you expose your best players during solos and they miss? Don't get made if the GE score falls.
