Do these things (UPS) make your electric bill go up?
@CoryWCordell
@CoryWCordell 15 күн бұрын
@@MelvinRodriguezxTNGx the battery does charge so there is some extra electricity used but is a minuscule amount. You shouldn’t notice an increase in your power usage.

I have a few questions, if someone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Because a bunch of my most expensive gear is now glitchy from dirty power. I'm trying to protect a computer, and music equipment. 1. Does simply plugging drum machines/synths into the battery backup outlets protect from brown outs and blackouts? 2. If I don't have a land line I want to protect, do I even need to bother with the ethernet cable? (I still have a desktop to protect) 3. Said desktop is old.... it runs recording software and that's it. It's only on when I'm making music, but I still need protection from brown outs etc. Do I still need the USB cable to communicate with the computer? (I have no USB ports to spare) If a black out ever happened while it was on, I'd be there to save and shut down.

My son and I just built a PC out of spare parts I've collected over the years, i decided I'd see if I could finally get my old 9590 going stable and just before purchasing a new mobo and Ryzen processor I found this video and answered all my problems. Thank you, I battled this thing for years and never found a viable solution until now.

I've owned this saw for about 15 years and noticed recently, my cuts are off. I've put off squaring because I've lost my manual. Thanks for making this simple video and now I'm making good cuts.

Superb quality throughout, easy to assemble. I found the saw to be highly accurate and a delight to use (I am a homeowner using this saw for various projects). I attached the saw to a folding mobile stand to save space and that works great kzbin.infoUgkxPeGkHOMe05FySypTOvYumxMn-xi39oRe as well. However, you have to be sure the saw is securely locking in position before collapsing the stand. I've had many of the brands over the years and have come to point where I only buy Bosch, the extra money is a small price to pay for the quality and ease of use. Treat yourself to the best.

OK. So, does the computer port play a role in sending data to the Cyber Power UPS, or does the computer usb port only receive communication from the Cyber Power UPS? Or is there bidirectional communication that occurs (?) when and if the Cyber Power software installed on the computer needs to make adjustment in the functionality of the Cyber Power UPS--or can it not do so?
@CoryWCordell
@CoryWCordell Жыл бұрын
My assumption is that the USB cable allows the UPS software to monitor and communicate with the UPS. This may be used for firmware updates as well.

Thanks for taking the time to teach an important lesson to folks getting started on squaring a miter saw…As people we tend to take knowledge we hold or that’s common in our lives for granted as common sense when in reality, the knowledge we acquire will always differ according to the path you’re on, so common sense to a roofer or logger is not common sense to a house mom or a firefighter and vice versa. That’s why some of the most basic instructional videos have so many millions of views because what’s common to one of us likely isn’t as common to everyone else. So we all have something we can teach others. So thanks to everyone doing their part spreading useful information to help others

great video. Quick question. What is the point of connecting the UPS to the computer? and what is the point of passing an internet cable through the UPS to the computer?
@CoryWCordell
@CoryWCordell Жыл бұрын
The computer to UPS USB will allow the power supply and the computer to communicate. It isn’t required for the UPS to do it’s job however. The UPS also serves as surge protection. Any line coming into the computer could have a surge, such as lightning.

When I did pan lube years ago they sold cutters based on the caliber you had. Just pressed it over the bullets and you kept doing it as they pushed out the top. Then I just went to an RCBS lube sizer and was way faster.
