Most players likely have a better connection with their position coach (ie the assistant coach) than they do with a head coach because of how much time they spend with individual players

What if you lived in one of those countries, and your friend brought home a gangly 5’5” Fortnite playing 14 year old and said this is my boyfriend? You would be disgusted! Legality does not equal morality or common sense. Those laws are made by old people who want to allow people to take advantage of how impressionable and easy to manipulate children are, it’s not like the children are making those laws, right? It’s not in the best interest of the children that they make those laws.

I wouldn’t date a 17 year old myself but for god sake stop acting like a 17 year old is comparable to a freaking preschooler, especially when that is legal in most of the world anyway. So apparently the AOC was 18 where he was as far as I’m hearing. Yeah, it’s a crime and he should be punished then - but as far as I’m concerned this is about as serious as jaywalking. Focus on protecting the group that actually needs protecting. Not the group that’s old enough to drive.
