Good video Mark. I am in Philadelphia and haven’t fished the Susky for smallies much since I had my kids. Always waded the Delaware and Susquehanna. Just started using a kayak on the Delaware. May take the kayak out to the Rockville bridge area where I usually fish. Hit the schuylkill in Birdsboro today. Got some dinks

That was an Awesome video!! My buddy Mike found Soaring Eagle Campground last spring sp a gang of us packed up n drove the 3 hours to it,we all live in Bucks and Montgomery Counties,my nephew,his lady and their kids drove in from Pittsburgh and man let me tell you...we all had a blast!! Fishing,I couldn't stop catching Bass,creek chubs and even pulled in a 23 inch Walleye.My nephew caught a 21 inch rainbow trout. I filleted the trout,cooked it,on foil open faced on the grill it was ok but watching you guys dress them fish...bet the farm I am stealing your cooking ideas! Can't wait to fet back up there hopefully see ya'll on the river too👍👍

Best spot on the river! I live In Montgomery County. Thank you so much man! My brother in law Ed passed away two years ago. We have so many memories up there. Hope you all keep going up there. That area has some great fishing! Sundays in Calicoon there is the farmers market. Lots of fresh foods there. The Backlund’s ( Soaring Eagle owners ) are a great family. Mustad grip n pin hooks are great for zman baits...haven't found 1 better...try using a light weighted mustad grip n pin 4/0 hook and fish a white 1 just under the surface like a spinnerbait.. gets smoked at times!

Nice catch brother. Random tip: Try to keep the shorts under 1 minute for the most exposure. Anything longer than 60 seconds is seen as a regular video. Tight lines brother!

Beautiful scenery up there. I recently fished the poconos for Trout and it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Definitely gotta check out this campground with such amazing access to the river.

I was at Soaring Eagle Campground about a month ago or so ago standing in the exact same spot atcthe end of that small island,I was using a Rockstar fly spinner-silver/gold. For that 2 days I caught a bunch of bass and even pulled in a 25 inch Walleye on a crankbait. Can't wait to get back up there!!!

Pay attention to the direction of the bite! In my clip I experimented with retrieving the bait in different directions. They only would take it in one direction. I hope this helps you. Go get em

@@MarkPolsky in my susq video, the direction was everything. the moment we switched directions of retrieve, the bites were on for a 20-30 minute window. smallies are such finnicky creatures i learned that day!
