I've started doing this to our front yard flower bed after hundreds of $$ spent on plants that just die. I dint think about spraying with UV protectant to prevent fading.

I can't tell what she is using, but you can use chicken wire shaped like a small egg or a ball and stick your florals in, there's another method called the "spiral method" that you can look up a tutorial on how to do, it's fairly simple!
